Type : “Baltic Porter” inspiration
Particularity : “lager” fermentation
Eyes : dark brown with a red tint
Nose: candied fruit, coffee, dark chocolate, alcohol
Taste : silky smooth with sweet barley, dark chocolate, caramel and toasted flavours. An espresso finale accompanied with its alcohol and light smoke finish.

This beer was created on December 15th 2016.
It is composed of 7 varieties of cereals (2 row malt, munich malt, brown malt, chocolate malt, caramel malt, midnight wheat, smoked malt) and 3 varieties of hops (perle, fuggle, kent golding).
