This beer is the 13th in the “apprentices beer-brewers” series. It was created on July 12th, 2007 and brewed with my mom Diane.
It is composed of three varieties of grain, 1 variety of hop and flavored with 120 pounds of fresh strawberries for 300 liters of beer.
"The Brindille" is the affectionate nickname given by my father to my mother. When strawberry time arrives, be sure to find "the Brindille" in the strawberry field
