This beer was especially brewed again for the launching of Corsaire’s first album on June 12th 2010.
This beer was the 3rd in the “beer-brewers apprentices” series of our waitresses and servers. This beer was created on February 1st, 2006. All team members were invited to let themselves being inspired by a style of beer or some specific aromas. Each and everyone have the privilege to brew its own beer from A to Z with the brewer who has especially developed a recipe that will bear the apprentice’s name.à
It is composed of six varieties of cereals and one of hops.
It reflects the poor tenants who had to give a part of their grain harvests to the lord of the feud. They carried grains to the lordship’s mill to transform them into a divine ale!
