This beer was created on September 19th, 2009. This is the recipe of “La p’tite chanceuse” but hopped with seven varieties of local hops. It is composed of six varieties of cereals.
It is made in collaboration with my cousin Olivier Breton Bourgault. He hand picked the very morning of the brewing.
