He has been part of our team since the opening (April 10th 2005). He has therefore met & experience quite a few…! Meaning all beers that have been brewed here of course!

Louis is a man of passions: history, music and beer. These three passions being closely linked, he works hard to reconcile them in his very busy schedule. Former singer at the restaurant Fourquet-Fourquette and today troubadour at  “L’Auberge du Dragon rouge”, he is also a founding member & manager of Corsaire, a traditional Celtic music group. In addition to music and beer, this young 22 year old server is currently completing a certificate in history at UQÀM. Eternal chamblyen, as soon as the first news broke concerning the arrival of a brewpub in Chambly, Louis rushed to apply. He also brews its own beer at home.
