Here it is, our Bedon Rond (round belly). She is first of all my wife and the mother of my three fermenters Marilou, Camille and Myriam (a visit to the brewing room is simply a must). She handles the dark side of the business: the paperwork of Bedondaine & Bedons Ronds. She is also my counsellor… but above all, she’s the woman at the center of this dream!
