Particularity: Same recipe than “La Gloutonne I” but we changed the hops.
Nose: Peach, tropical fruits, pine
Taste: Hops aroma reminescent of peach, tropical fruits and conifer along with a light sweetness followed by an herbaceous and resinous finish.
This beer was created on July 29th 2015.
It is composed of 3 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, Carastan malt and wheat) and 2 varieties of hops (Galaxy and Simcoe). This version also benefited from a dry hopping process with Galaxy and Simcoe hops.
