Type: American IPA
Particularity: Same recipe than “La Gloutonne I” but we changed the hops.
Nose: Citrus, hops buds
Taste: hops aroma reminding of citrus fruits with some fruity mango and papaya, followed by a light sweet taste of malt and an hot and spicy aftertaste building up as we drink.
This beer was created on August 27th 2015.
It is composed of 3 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, Carastan malt and wheat) and 2 varieties of hops (Cascade and Azaca). This version also benefited from a dry hopping process with Azaca hops.
