The last letter from Mary Stuart Queen of Scotland, written on February 8th, 1587, the eve of her death sentence; it is written in french and addressed to her brother-in-law, King Henry III of France. She signed “Reyne descosse.”
The beer was created on September 24th, 2000. It is composed of 5 varieties of cereals (2 rows malt, Munich malt, Caramel malt, Caramunich malt, Black malt) and 2 varieties of hops (Northern Brewer, Mount Hood).
